POWDER COAT FINISH

Aluminum Furniture - 3 years
Chair Care will replace the powder coat finish on your aluminum furniture if it has blistered or cracked under normal use and regular maintenance. We are not responsible for the structural integrity of the frame itself. Please contact the original manufacturer for their warranty.

Wrought Iron Furniture - 2 years
Chair Care will replace the powder coat finish on your wrought iron furniture if it has blistered or cracked under normal use and regular maintenance. We are not responsible for the structural integrity of the frame itself. Please contact the original furniture manufacturer for their warranty. WE DO NOT COVER PAINT DAMAGE DUE TO CORROSION. Rust is an inherent quality of wrought iron and cannot be completely eliminated. Annual home maintenance is necessary.

VINYL STRAPPING - 3 years

We will replace the vinyl lacing or strapping if it breaks under normal use and maintenance. We do not cover color changes or stains as natural body oils, tanning lotions, sun exposure and/or cleaning chemicals can fade and stain the vinyl.

VINYL COATED MESH SLINGS - 2 years

ACRYLIC/ACRYLIC BLEND SLINGS - 1 year

We will replace the sling if it breaks, tears or sags excessively under normal use and maintenance. We do not cover color changes or stains as natural body oils, tanning lotions, sun exposure and/or cleaning chemicals can fade and stain the fabric.

ANTIQUE FURNITURE & CUSTOM ITEMS

We understand that your antique items have special value to you. We take every care possible to restore your item to its original glory. However, we cannot be responsible for the structural integrity of antique furniture and other custom items due to their age and condition prior to restoration. We are not responsible for holes (due to rust corrosion) after the sandblasting process.

OTHER WARRANTY INFORMATION

All warranties begin when return receipt of furniture is taken. Nonpayment of invoice renders this warranty invalid. Warranty is not valid without original work order or receipt. We hold the right to refuse to work on any piece of furniture or other item that we feel is beyond repair.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING;

• Damage due to lack of care and/or maintenance.
• Finish or vinyl damage due to unreasonable or excessive use.
• Acts of nature including but not limited to fire, wind, freeze, hail, water or tornado damage.
• Normal fading from the sun, stains from tanning lotions, body oils or other chemicals including but not limited to abrasive or bleach cleaners.
• Rust or corrosion on wrought iron furniture.
• Accidental damage by the customer, including dog or other animal damage.
• All materials or items supplied by other manufacturers.
• Related pickup and delivery costs.
